Our Ordering Process Follows Accordingly:
We strive to provide our customers with the best quality of service and have a repeat business relationship.With that in mind, we ask that you read our process below:
- Please contact us using the “Contact Form” on the Menu.State what type of logo you wanted designed and any extras required.
- Our admin will get back to you with a quote and an estimated time for completion
- If you agree on the price and time, then you would go ahead and place your order. We require a deposit of 30-50% of the quoted price and we only accept PayPal payment at this time (sorry for the inconvenience).
- When the work is completed, we will send you a copy of your design for approval.Once we receive your confirmation, we ask that you pay the remaining balance so we can send you the original.
- After you receive your original you’ll have up to 3 days to do further analysis.If you don’t like the design for whatever reason, we’ll be happy to offer you a one time review for free or your money back.After the 3 days time period you’ll have to place a new order.
