Order Process

Order CartOur Ordering Process Follows Accordingly:

We strive to provide our customers with the best quality of service and have a repeat business relationship.With that in mind, we ask that you read our process below:

  1. Please contact us using the “Contact Form” on the Menu.State what type of logo you wanted designed and any extras required.
  2. Our admin will get back to you with a quote and an estimated time for completion
  3. If you agree on the price and time, then you would go ahead and place your order. We require a deposit of 30-50% of the quoted price and we only accept PayPal payment at this time (sorry for the inconvenience).
  4. When the work is completed, we will send you a copy of your design for approval.Once we receive your confirmation, we ask that you pay the remaining balance so we can send you the original.
  5. After you receive your original you’ll have up to 3 days to do further analysis.If you don’t like the design for whatever reason, we’ll be happy to offer you a one time review for free or your money back.After the 3 days  time period you’ll have to place a new order.
